Our illnesses become our central focus in our lives. We live with the struggle of trying to heal our illnesses and search for solutions outside of ourselves. We live attached to a belief of an inevitable result or live for the hope of spontaneous healing. Life becomes filled with distractions that keep us aligned with our illnesses. We become one with them.
Healing our health concerns becomes a chore when we are not aligned with balanced health. We chase a cure through doctors of different disciplines and search for remedies that will bring relief. We stay in a loop of forever searching and live aligned with our imbalances. We become exhausted with the struggle and wonder why this is happening to us.
In our search to balance our health, our emotions become impacted. We lose our ability to make sound decisions and see through a lens of fear. We make fast choices that we may later regret and find ourselves having to succumb to subsequent choices because of our previous fear based decisions. We see how our emotions can impact our health and then see our health further impacting our emotions.
We try to escape our struggles and emotional pain with our favored distractions. We use food, caffeine, drugs, and alcohol, shopping or scrolling social media to distract us from our pain, but we live unaware that we are actually staying aligned with our health concerns. Our emotional pain stays in its raw state, until we face it for resolution.
It is not the illness that we are in alignment with, but our emotional attachments. We inadvertently attach to our struggles and health concerns, as we align with what is familiar. It is the familiarity of the frequency of our unresolved emotional memory that has us holding onto an experience. Our being is trying to get our attention to heal.
There is unresolved emotional pain, where there is an imbalance in health. We keep our pain alive as long as we stay in the frequency of our unresolved emotional memory. Our health is an outward expression of the frequency of our being, as we see our emotions take on the form of illness. To balance our health, we must balance our emotions.
We heal, when we align with balanced health. In our balance, we make our health our first priority knowing that it gives us freedom to live a life that we enjoy. Our alignment with being well shows us how our past alignment to being ill kept us tethered to the illness. We see that when we heal unresolved emotional memory, all imbalances associated with it fall away. We live without the restriction of struggle. We live true to being well.
In our balanced health, we live free. We stop living for the healing of our health concerns and live in the peace of balanced health. We live open to the knowledge that we are powerful beings with the innate ability to heal. Our search for solutions comes to an end as we rest in the balance of our being. We align with balanced health and live in peace.
